Elevate is the perfect way to push yourself to moving more or to change up your daily workout routine with quick workout Body Blasts with a guided calendar to follow. Elevate gives you 16 Body Blasts and 4 live/replay Stretch Sessions within the 28 days to complete the challenge; along with accountability, a Wellness Chat with a licensed dietician, snack guide, Mental Health Tips and Tricks, and more!
Elevate *Bonus Round* is for those that wish to continue pushing themselves beyond the first 4 weeks of the challenge to make it a full 6 weeks OR for those that cannot complete the full 4 weeks and wish to only complete 2 instead. It will still be a push of moving more in your routine with quick workout Body Blasts with a guided calendar to follow. Elevate * Bonus Round* gives you 8 Body Blasts and 2 live/replay Stretch Sessions within the 14 days to complete the challenge; along with full accountability, Mental Health Tips and Tricks, and more!
